Feel free to check the collection of my works from different years. My drawings are done with only a pencil, although some older ones had colours too, but that quickly vanished. And as you will see below there was very little colour. My goal is to capture the essence of architecture through shadows and lines. I don't draw people or animals. I show life with moving trees, with water, with rocks. I try to liven up every drawing with physical elements. 

I focus a lot on details. The more drawings I make the more detail I add. Every stone and every stone within that stone must have at least one dot and so on. In every little square there are multiple smaller ones. With different shading patterns and the intensity of the graphite I depict the thickness of the walls and occasional shadows.

Most of my drawings do not use sketches, because they are imaginary. I make them up as I draw. I don't like things to be too planned. I let my emotions and mood have an effect on the finished product. However, the drawings that I use sketches and reference images for are the realistic ones, for example famous churches and cathedrals. While I could make most of them without one, I cannot capture every detail, just the general shape and some more visible details.
